Hey readers, welcome back to our Meet Our Team series of 2026!
This time, we’re hanging out with Hương Giang, our new Marketing & Social Media Officer. Fun fact: our whole Marketing team is basically a “Giang club” with the same name and same surname, and we’re low-key betting these two “Giangs” are gonna turn into absolute marketing legends at Next Continent.
Hương Giang is that kind of person who brings good vibes everywhere, is super quick to learn, full of energy, and always keeps the team atmosphere chill and fun. Let’s jump into a quick Q&A with this little girl. Welcome, Giang!

Chấm Lửng (CL): Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Hương Giang (HG): Hello everyone, I’m Huong Giang — Marketing & Social Media Officer at Next Continent.
If I had to describe myself? Super outgoing, a little chaotic (in a fun way), but definitely not someone who backs down from a challenge. I’m originally from Hai Phong, aka “gangster city”, but don’t worry, I’m actually super friendly haha. Growing up there positively shaped me. I’ve learned to be strong and straightforward, and when I want something, I give it my all. My guiding principle has always been clear: “Never give up!” To really understand my vibe, my Instagram probably says it best. I’m drawn to all kinds of activities, from surfing and taekwondo to traveling, and I’m always eager to try something new. It’s part of why I stay active, sporty, and constantly in motion.
I spent 5 years in Saigon studying and working, as my major is Travel & Tourism. I used to be a tour guide at Cu Chi Tunnels and also worked as a Sales Executive for an international travel company.
At my core, I’m a nature girl. Being surrounded by mountains, the ocean, and fresh air is what feels right to me. So yeah, Da Nang just felt right. It’s where I can fully be myself, embrace new experiences, grow in my own way, and find joy in the little things. For me, wealth is not measured by money, but by how much of the world I have explored. Hiking, crossing streams, and being out by the sea are what truly make me feel alive.
How lucky am I that the path ahead has so much left for me to discover!!!

CL: What made you join the Next Continent?
HG: Looking back, it feels a little funny. Last June, while spending a month in Da Nang with my family, I told my mom I would eventually move here and build my life here. And somehow, it all worked out.
At 23, after graduating in October 2025, I discovered an opportunity at Next Continent in January 2026. I put in the effort and took the chance, and by March 2026, it became my first meaningful milestone.
A new city, a new life, and a step beyond my comfort zone made everything feel unfamiliar at first. Still, the nature here felt immediately familiar in a way I could not explain. Next Continent was not a random decision. It was something I had set my heart on, and I chose to fully commit to it. With a deep love for nature, working in ecotourism and wildlife conservation feels like a natural direction for me. It is meaningful work and something I truly want to grow with over time.
With my knowledge and experience in both domestic and international tourism, along with a strong passion for social media, I aim to leverage my skills to help build the Next Continent into a go to choice for travelers interested in ecotourism, wildlife, and conservation in Vietnam. Our goal is to become a trusted leader, guiding explorers and making each trip more engaging, memorable, and full of discovery. It is about stepping into the world of wildlife and truly experiencing it. Let’s make it happen together !!!
CL: What’s your role here, and what are you most excited about doing?
HG: As a Marketer at Next Continent, I was genuinely inspired by everything “Kuynh Giang” has accomplished. I have learned so much from her, particularly in storytelling. We have found a great rhythm working together and are growing into a strong team.
What excites me most is the opportunity to keep learning, from the team to real field experiences. As a marketer, I have come to understand that every beautiful image online is the result of full dedication in the field. Being part of that journey and telling those stories makes me feel both proud and inspired.
I also appreciate the sense of equality at Next Continent, where everyone is respected and encouraged to be themselves. It truly feels like a team growing together.
CL: If you could choose one Next Continent tour to go on, which one would it be and why?
HG: That is an interesting question. I would choose to experience all of them !!!
Field trips are what I look forward to the most, especially after long hours of working behind a laptop. They are the best way to learn about ecotourism, wildlife, and ethics in a real and meaningful way.
Through these field trips, my passion for wildlife continues to grow, and I feel more connected to nature. They are also a great way to recharge after long hours of writing captions, designing, editing videos, and managing content on social media. To me, these experiences are an invaluable source of knowledge. They are something to truly appreciate, as they reflect the passion and dedication behind exploring and conserving wildlife.
CL: Any fun facts about yourself that people might be surprised to learn?
HG: I have even thought about opening a Taekwondo class for the team one day. It could be a fun way for everyone to stay active together.
I believe in balance. When it is time to work, I give my full effort. When it is time to rest or enjoy, I fully embrace it.
If there is one thing I would like to share, it is that life is short. Do what you love, step outside, and explore the world. Perhaps join a Next Continent tour, spend time observing wildlife in Da Nang, and who knows, our paths might cross. Starting the day early, staying active, and spending time in nature is, for me, the most genuine way to recharge.
I hope that in the near future, we will welcome more explorers into our journey and continue building the Next Continent into something truly meaningful in the world of wildlife.
