Assistant Manager
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments at Next Continent. This role works closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to implement operational plans, support team management, and maintain high standards in tour operations, customer service, and internal processes.
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in connecting strategy with day-to-day execution, helping departments work efficiently while maintaining the company’s commitment to outstanding wildlife and cultural experiences. Join Our Guiding Team
We’re currently seeking passionate, nature-focused individuals to join our wildlife guiding team, especially those based in southern Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat. Whether you’re already experienced or just starting out, we offer a traineeship program to provide all the training you need to become a professional guide for our Vietnam tours and wildlife tours.
Our primary focus is on birds of Vietnam and mammals, so we’re particularly interested in applicants with knowledge or strong interest in these groups. However, if you’re a naturalist with a broader background in wildlife, wildlife photo tours, eco tours, herping tours, etc, we’d still love to hear from you.
We’re looking for hardworking individuals who are seeking a professional career in wildlife guiding, with opportunities for both national and international travel, as well as training and mentorship from some of the most experienced guides in the region. As one of Asia’s leading wildlife tour companies, we offer a supportive environment for growth and development in the eco tour field.
