Meet Our Tour Leaders
Hoàng Quý
Senior Wildlife Guide — Vietnam
Hoàng Quý has been fascinated by wildlife since childhood, drawn to the movement and mystery of animals in nature. This passion led him to study Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Science, where his graduate research focused on the biodiversity of semi-desert habitats in Vietnam. As a biologist, he has published several articles on conservation and biodiversity.
Over the past three years, Quý has become one of Vietnam’s top wildlife tour guides, with a passionate and well-earned reputation for going the extra distance on his tours. Now one of our senior guides and member of the management team, Quý leads many of the company’s specialist, custom, extended, and photography-focused tours, and is highly experienced across the country’s key national parks and wildlife hotspots.
Fluent in English and deeply familiar with both local ecosystems and communities, Quý is equally skilled at tracking down rarity target lists and making his guests feel at home in the wild. His expertise covers birds, mammals & primates, reptiles, amphibians, and photography. Calm under pressure, flexible in the field, and always dressed with a smile, he’s consistently praised by guests for his knowledge, enthusiasm, and the care he brings to every trip.

Ngân Hà
Trainee Wildlife Guide — Cát Tiên / Southern Vietnam
Ngân Hà is an aspiring wildlife guide, explorer, and nature enthusiast based in Nam Cat Tien. She was the successful recipient of our very first trainee program and is now well on her way to becoming one of our full-time Cat Tien wildlife guides. Ha already leads many of our Explore Cat Tien tours and is being mentored by our senior guiding team.
Drawn to nature (especially birds!) from a young age, Hà has always felt most at home outdoors. Driven by her passion, she relocated from northern Vietnam to Cat Tien to immerse herself in one of the country’s premier national parks. She works closely with our senior guides and spends most days in the field, giving her up-to-date knowledge of sightings, rarities, and wildlife movements that is second to none.
Though still early in her professional journey, Hà has spent countless hours exploring local habitats, observing wildlife, and joining us on many of our tours and experiences. Quỳnh Trang
Trainee Wildlife Guide — North Vietnam

Trang’s approach is different from most guides, she doesn’t observe nature just through the eyes, but through the heart, with care and curiosity, a technique that has been widely praised by guests on her tours.
