Let’s Go Birding with Cob in Vietnam!

If you ask any social-media-loving birder who they follow, chances are @birdingwithcob tops the list. In just a short amount of time, Cob has become one of the most beloved wildlife influencers online, inspiring thousands with his bold mission: to see every bird species in the world & complete his real-life Pokédex quest.

And guess what? Cob has landed in Vietnam, teaming up with Next Continent for an unforgettable birding tour across some of the country’s most biodiverse habitats. From the lush of Cat Tien National Park to hidden trails amidst Da Lat Plateau, our journey was a great blend of world-class birding, humor, and…tragedy (watch his videos and you will understand why).

“Cob really has that wildlife charm!” Ha, our tour guide, shared from the field. “For some reason, rare primates and elusive birds of Cat Tien just naturally show up “posing” for his lens. Who could ever believe that?!”

But we won’t spoil the magic. The full adventure is now waiting for you at @birdingwithcob.

Vietnam is quickly becoming a must-visit destination for birding tours in Southeast Asia, home to iconic species like the Red-shanked Douc Langur, Germain’s Peacock-Pheasant, and countless endemic birds. Through Cob’s lens, you’ll witness not just lifers, but also the behind-the-scenes work of ethical wildlife guides committed to conservation and low-impact travel.
