Huy Chu
Huy Chu is a wildlife guide and naturalist specialising in the birds, primates, and the remarkable biodiversity of Central Vietnam. With over seven years of professional guiding experience, Huy combines exceptional field knowledge with a deep understanding of Vietnam’s landscapes, history, and culture.
Beginning his career as a cultural and historical guide, Huy soon found his true passion in the natural world. An adventurous spirit with a love for exploration and discovery, he has spent years investigating remote forests and little-explored corners of Central Vietnam, helping our team locate and establish several of our most productive Southern White-cheeked Gibbon watching sites. Equally comfortable tracking elusive forest birds or leading extended primate photography expeditions, Huy brings patience, determination, and genuine expertise to every adventure.
At Next Continent, Huy is much more than an accomplished guide. His professionalism, maturity, and unwavering sense of responsibility make him one of the cornerstones of our team, inspiring and supporting his colleagues while ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience in the field. Thoughtful, dependable, and deeply passionate about wildlife, Huy represents the very best of what we strive to achieve at Next Continent.
