Wildlife Guide Trainee - Now Open!
Location: Da Nang, Vietnam
Next Continent, one of Vietnam’s leading ecotourism and wildlife tour companies, is recruiting Ecotourism & Wildlife Guide Trainees to join our growing professional team in Da Nang and Hoi An. This program is designed to develop the next generation of professional wildlife and ecotourism guides in Vietnam, combining hands-on field experience, structured training and one-on-one mentorship from experienced guides.
Successful trainees will develop the wildlife knowledge, guiding skills and international-standard customer service required to lead specialist nature experiences for guests from around the world. Training covers a broad range of wildlife and ecotourism disciplines, including birding, mammals and primates, reptiles and amphibians, insects, wildlife photography and general natural history. This is a career-development program, with the goal of preparing successful trainees for full-time guiding positions with Next Continent and providing a pathway toward senior guiding, leadership and wider roles within our growing ecotourism team.
We are looking for enthusiastic Vietnamese candidates who are passionate about wildlife and nature, comfortable working outdoors, and interested in building a long-term professional career in ecotourism.
