We\u2019re delighted to welcome T\u00e2m Li\u00ean as one of our new Administrative Support Officers, joining us at our headquarters in Da Nang.<\/p>\n

Born and raised in B\u00ecnh Thu\u1eadn Province, T\u00e2m brings a deep sense of purpose and hardwork to everything she does. Her journey has taken her from volunteering on natural farming projects across Vietnam to guiding visitors through the forests of C\u00e1t Ti\u00ean National Park, experiences that have strengthened her belief that humans are inseparable from the natural world.<\/p>\n

At Next Continent, T\u00e2m applies that same spirit of care and curiosity to her role coordinating tours and supporting guests and partners. Thoughtful, grounded, and passionate about living in balance with nature, she\u2019s already proving to be an inspiring addition to our team.<\/p>\n

We recently sat down with T\u00e2m for a quick Q&A to learn more about her story, her philosophy, and what excites her most about joining us.<\/p>\n

Can you tell us a little about yourself and where you\u2019re from?<\/strong>
\nMy name is T\u00e2m. I was born and raised in a farming family in B\u00ecnh Thu\u1eadn, a sunny and windy province in South Central Vietnam. Since I was young, I\u2019ve felt a deep connection between people and nature through each crop season and every meal made from our own hands. At the age of 24, I joined natural farming projects as a volunteer across the country. That experience helped me understand how nature works \u2014 where every living being has its own role and soul, creating a beautiful and harmonious picture of life.<\/p>\n

What drew you to join Next Continent?<\/strong>
\nLiving in harmony with nature is the guiding principle that helps me make decisions and find direction in my life journey. I believe humans are a part of nature, just like plants and animals, and we must be accountable for our relationship with the Earth and its inhabitants. This is why I was drawn to Next Continent, as we organize wildlife tours while always respecting their habitats and space.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your role here, and what are you most excited about doing?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019m an Administrative Support Officer, where I handle client bookings, tour coordination and manage all logistics. What excites me most is ensuring every tour runs smoothly, creating the best possible experience for our guests.<\/p>\n

You have worked as guide yourself at Cat Tien National Park. What was that like?
\n<\/strong>I used to work as a tour guide at C\u00e1t Ti\u00ean National Park, where I led visitors and shared with them the rich ecosystem of the forest. This job helped me appreciate nature more deeply and inspired me to spread that value to others.<\/p>\n

If you could choose one Next Continent tour to go on, which why would it be and why?
\n<\/strong>If I could choose one adventure, I would immediately pick the “Wild Vietnam: Rare Primates & Mammals 2-Week Expedition<\/a>“. My love for primates grew strong after my solo trip from South to North Vietnam, where I saw how unique each region is. Now, I want to do more than a normal tour. I truly want a real journey \u2013 a journey to follow the footsteps of special native animals. I want to see with my own eyes the amazing wildlife that lives deep in the great forests of my homeland.<\/p>\n

What are you most looking forward to learning in your new role?<\/strong>
\nTo live in harmony with nature, we must not only understand the natural world but also people. This new role is a chance for me to listen, learn, and create meaningful journeys. To me, it’s a valuable opportunity to follow my passion and contribute something meaningful to both people and the planet.<\/p>\n

Any fun fact about yourself that people might be surprised to learn?
\n<\/strong>I have studied some knowledge related to traditional Eastern medicine and meditation. I really appreciate all natural products, especially those that are good for health.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s one thing you\u2019d like guests and partners to know about you?<\/strong>
